The closing time, 3PM (JST) of May 1st, for the proposal submission is approaching. Proposals should be submitted by this time. However, we notice that some authors are seriously suffering from COVIT19-related issues. Therefore, we will receive the revised pdf file until 3PM (JST) of May 15 from the authors who have already submitted their proposal by May 1. The revised pdf file of the proposal should have the same title and the same coauthors. An additional page where the reason for the revision after May 1 must be attached in the pdf for evaluation. We also require those authors to briefly mention about possibility of further revision at the end of pdf in the version submitted by May 1.
